Orders can only be placed through our website which is 100% secure and open for business 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Please note that because our website IS our business, we monitor and update it constantly throughout the day - 7 days a week.
In order to achieve a faster turn-around time for each and every order we recieve and to eliminate human error we no longer accept orders via telephone. To order your phone online you will require the following:
- A valid UK debit or credit card in your own
name & registered to your home address / place of
residence.
- For contract / pay monthly handsets we shall require your bank details - the account number
(8 digits) & sort code (6 digits) from which the
monthly bill shall be settled via direct debit. Please note that this does not apply to Sim Free handsets.
What happens next ?
Once you have placed your order, you will recieve an automated e-mail within a couple of minutes confirming the product ordered, an order reference number and your contact details.
Your order
will then be processed & ready for despatch typically within 2 to 3 hours of the order being placed. You will be notified via e-mail once your order is complete.
