We aim to despatch 98% of orders same day for next day delivery to customers.

In most circumstances it is unlikely for you to have to wait more than 2 working days from ordering your handset for it to arrive.

Once despatched most orders will arrive before 1pm the next day. For more information please see delivery times below
N.B. Remote areas e.g. Shetland Isles etc. may take 2/3 working days.

All goods are despatched via Royal Mail or City Link which require a signature upon receipt. If, in the instance that there is no response from a customer, a card will be left and the item may be picked up from your local Royal Mail or City Link depot, should this occur, then please take an item of I.D along with you for verification of identity.

Where we deliver to depends on which payment method you choose.

For UK delivery and for those not yet signed up with Google checkout then you simply pay by by credit / debit card via our secure server.




For delivery to the European Union, USA, Canada or payment via Google Checkout then simply choose the Google checkout option

Monday to Friday between 8.00am and 1pm. Although very often goods despatched on Friday often arrive Saturday morning there is no guarantee. Thus items may arrive on Monday morning.

Delivery to work

Goods can only be delivered to a cardholders address

Although we endeavor to show a true reflection of available stock, there are occasional instances when stock may be in short supply and insufficient to supply the volume of orders taken. In such instances, although rare, customers will be served on a first come, first served basis.

Any items not in stock shall be placed on back order and we shall endeavor to contact you within 1 working day either by e-mail or via a relevant contact number.
