Eligibility test

If you can answer yes to all the following questions you could be eligible for an upgrade with O2

tick I am on the O2 network
tick I am billed monthy via O2 (not via O2 online)
tick My O2 number is on a pay monthly contract (not simplicity or O2 online)
tick It has been 11 months since the start of my contract / since my last O2 upgrade
tick I have not already taken an upgrade with O2 within the last 11 months
tick I have not taken an O2 credit as part of an upgrade within the last 11 months
   
If you can answer yes to any of the following questions you are not eligible for an upgrade with O2
cross I am not billed by O2
cross I am on pay as you go
cross I am an O2 business customer
cross I am an O2 online customer
cross I am on a simplicity tariff
cross I recently took an upgrade from O2 which has not been cancelled
cross I recently accepted a credit from O2 instead of upgrading my handset
