The new Nokia 6710 Navigator should hopefully erase all memories of the woeful 6210 that came before it !

With an enlarged display and funkier functions, the 6710 should have you navigating around even the most complex of cities with ease. With it's upgraded software, advanced A-GPS & Nokia maps, finding routes and destinations is an absolute breeze. The navigation system now supports full voice guidance, pedestrians as well as motorists too, and includes satellite images and points of interest, with real-time traffic and a variety of other great features too which makes it a far better proposition than the outgoing model. There's also a dedicated key now with instant access to Ovi for instant access & synchronising with PC & phone. It can also be used as a SatNav without the need of a simcard being inserted.

Aside from the larger display, the phone also has a better camera than the old model. It now has a 5 megapixel camera with Carl Zeiss optics with dual LED, autofocus and a secondary VGA camera for video calls. Memory is also expandable upto a massive 16Gb which should be more than sufficient for most users. battery life has also been extended over the previous model and now boasts a healthy 7.5 hrs talktime and 18 days standby time.
