Although it may look a little quirky at first the phone is actually very easy to use. It has an intuitive menu system navigated using the joystick located at the middle of the main keypad. The screen is large and easy to read and uses graphical icons and text to let you know where you are in the menu. The memory is expandable using either SD or standard memory cards.
