The latest Sony Ericsson C905 Ice Silver mobile phone breaks new ground as it's the first ever 8.1 megapixel camera phone.
As other manufacturers will undoubtedly scrabble to try & catch up with SE, the C905 will sit at the top of the megapixel tree for some considerable time before they do we imagine.
As the camera is the main selling point, it's not unexpected to find that just about every conceivable feature you could require is incorporated within the C905. With xenon flash, red eye reduction, face detection, autofocus, image stabiliser & "BestPic" functionality the Sony Ericsson C905 Cybershot is all that you need for those perfect photographs. A video light & image stabiliser are also included for video capture - this can be played back wirelessly via WiFi to compatible devices or through to your TV. It also has a secondary camera for 3g video calling.
Aside from the camera aspect, Sony Ericsson haven't skimped on the other functions of the C905. It has aGPS which means that you never need get lost again as you can navigate to any destination via Google Maps or Wayfinder and you can use Geotagging for you photographs too.
HSDPA takes 3G a step further so you can enjoy the mobile internet at broadband-like speed on your phone. Download large files and email attachments in a snap. Get Web sites and news feeds to your screen in seconds.
With 160Mb of memory on tap thats also expandable via microSD, the C905's multimedia capabilities are virtually limitless & it also has an FM radio included too.
