"Firstly the high scores are based on what the phone was intended for, for use by someone with limited ability as an emergency phone.
I bought this phone for my elderly aunt who has failing eyesight, shaky hands and is diabetic, but VERY INDEPENDENT. Due to her ailments she finds using a "normal" mobile phone impossible, up-steps the Doro 334, large buttons and display make it simple to use and easy to see. The phone is ideal with just 4 numbers programmed in, she now carries the phone with her as she is confident that she can now phone for a taxi or ring me if she is taken ill when she is out and about. The phone is also pre-programmed with an SOS button to dial 112.
The phone does have its limitations, ie it does not have a conventional keypad for dialling normally you are limited to the 4 you have programmed. I found it tricky to top up using a voucher, I had to put the sim in my phone to top it up and then back in the doro, so I would recommend getting a electronic top up swipe card.
