"This is quite literally the most dreadful piece of technology I have ever purchased. I purchased a t mobile vario 2 with a contract around a year ago which is the exact same phone in a different colour. I recieved the phone and was on the landline to have it replaced the next morning. it had a faulty battery and also wouldn't make calls correctly. This was replaced with another phone which worked for about a week and then started the same problem. I would try to make a phone call and the timer would start counting as the other person answered the call yet I couldn't hear anything. There were also problems whenever I tried to call numbers with touch tone selection. I would get through to speak to someone and they wouldn't be able to hear me (As you can imagine this was somewhat irritating when trying to phone to complain about the problem!) After a rather heated phone call the phone was reluctantly replaced again. This model worked reasonably well for about a month and then started to crash and malfunction as before and this time also when i tried to hang up either with the button or on screen it would not work i would have to press hang up and then turn the screen on and off several times before it would do it (less than desirable especially when you think you have hung up and you take your phone out of your pocket 40 minutes later and you are still paying for a phone call!) Anyway I persevered with the tediousness for several months and then unfortunately the phone was stolen from my bag. My Insurance company then replaced the vario 2 with the tytn and sure enough after a couple of months all the same problems started again. I persevered for another few months until I lost the phone just before Christmas. I have had the phone replaced last week and the same problems have now started again. I am a Mac user and was apprehensive about buying this phone in the first place as it runs on a windows operating system and I wouldn't touch a windows computer with a barge pole and I sure as wont be touching another windows mobile when my contract ends either. Hopefully any bugs will have been ironed out of the i-phone by the time I renew and I will have more luck with that. seriously DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE! This is the fist review I have ever done and only do so now as I really am at my wits end with this useless piece of junk!"
