"It's a compact little phone with a good design. It appeals to a wide audience because of the price and features. What lets it down is the lack of a qwerty keyboard - every touchscreen phone needs one, and hopefully there will be an app. to download soon that will fix this problem. Furthermore, you can't edit the widget bar. You can rearrange the icons. but you can't remove them or add other ones, which is a shame because apart from that it is perfect for using the internet. I've got it on the deal with three; for £15 a month I get 75 minutes, unlimited texts and 1GB of internet, plus free Skype and Windows Live Messenger. It's really easy to use if you know what you're doing. "

"Rubbish! Just basic button instructions and very little else. Spend hours trying to get out of loops that it takes you in. Interface is as bad as you get! I would save your money and not bother rather than buy this!!"

"Such a letdown. Very very basic, texting is a nightmare, im used to it now, but it is so much slower than buttons. Freezes and crashes when i try and look at pictures, msn is terrible, no apps, no games, nothing. Worse than my old sony ericsson flip up, and that is SO old.
