"I got this phone for Christmas and I love it, it is really good and i can spend hours on it!
The camera is very good too and so are the editing tools. I got a 4GB memory card and i have thousands of photos and lots of videos and songs.
When i went on holiday this phone was great as it was also like a very slim digital camera and i took lots of snaps.

Texting is easy too and even though the QWERTY keyboard is a bit small, the stylus works great with it.

The music is great, i put on all my music and podcasts on it so i use it as a second iPod, the speaker is cool too. It is very slim and compact and it has many great features.

"I am on my second LG cookie as the first one had constant buzzing in the earpiece whenever I made a call & also after 26 days the mic went on it. When I made a call I could hear the other person but they couldn't hear me so I took it back & they gave me another one without any questions as it was still under the 28 day rule. I must admit that the new one hasn't got the buzzing & so far I haven't had any major problems with it. It has at times restarted its self for no reason. The only annoying thing about this phone is when trying to txt, it takes me ages to txt because it keeps putting a space in the middle of a word when I use my fingers like I used to with a normal phone. "I love my "COOKIE" I am not the most technical person, had no problem with this great phone. Not emailed yet. Taken some great photos with it. Love texting with it both with Qwirty keypad or keyboard. The instruction manual is so easy to understand, makes a pleasant change. Haven't put music on yet as I still have my ipod, been so busy having fun with it just not got around to it. Such great value. My 9 year old is so so jealous...hehe.

"On the surface and for the price this seems like a fantastic phone. However, i've had it since Christmas and it has just caused me one problem after the other. The key lock somtimes turns off in my bag and rings people without my knowledge. The text message delivery report keeps telling me messages have been delivered to people i haven't even text. Like others it has reset itself deleting anything saved to the phone and returing the settings to default. It also has a tendancy to just turn itself off and restart itself whenever it fancies and the touch functionalty is sometimes not very responsive. I have days where i love it but out of choice i'd happily have a new phone tomorrow."

"I got this phone about a week ago and i have to say it is the best phone I've had so far. I had to exchane the LG KS360i for it which i had boought two days earlier which was faulty. I was going to get the cookie anyway but had a change of heart at the last minute and was left wishing i'd just got it in the first place, lol. The sound quality is really good, and the phone memory isn't great but I picked up a 2gb memory card for 7 quid, so it's not expensive to upgrade to a bigger memory if needs be, unlike the m2 memory card which you pay silly amounts for. I dont think the camera quality is great but it's not dreadful, the only downside is not having a flash. The games on the phone are good, my boyfriend loves the game where you shake the phone to throw dice and i like the pipe game! Texting is fun on the phone, as long as you don't lose your stylus pen for it! as its easier to text with this. The only downside with texing is if you read the message back to yourself it can sometimes hi-light and delete parts of the messsage so be careful if you do it! Before this phone i always used to get Sony Ericcson's, so if your bored of them and want a change then I advise you to get this phone as its nothing like the Sony Ericcson phones! All in all a brilliant phone, I have it in white/blue and would reccommend it to anyone :D"

"The Best Phone I've Brought!

The phone looks great and have had loads of comments about it. I haven't had an freezing or anything, the touch screen is great. Only few things I would say:

- The pink desgin is pretty standard, LG could have changed the colours and that on the menu to suit the phone, its basically just a pink case on the black phone, so the menu etc is red :S doesnt really go... - Sometimes it's a bit slow, for example I'll press 'reply' to a text and it will take about 2 secs so I hit it again, the reply is replaced by 'send' and a blank message it sent.

If you can deal with some small glitches, the phone looks great (IN PINK!) and is definiatellyyy great value for money! am so pleased with it. "

"I've had this phone for a month and before I bought it I spent weeks reading reviews because I wasnt sure I would get on with the touchscreen. However it is brilliant and I will never go back to a normal phone. I am still finding things that it does. The camera on it took better pictures in the O2 Arena, London from near the back, than my 7mp digital camera did plus the video on it is good. I love the way you can choose different ways for inputting text. I use different ways depending on the kind of text, how quick I want to be etc. The volume is much much louder than my old Samsung J600 and the whole thing is really easy to use and understand. If you are thinking about getting one then dont delay. You wont regret it"

It's so easy to use, but if you're big on photos and music, GET A MEMORY CARD!! lol, i ran out of memory when i was bluetoothing songs from my old phone to the Cookie. Also, it was faulty!! I deleted a photo and the screen went blue. None of the buttons would work, I had to take the battery out to turn it off. We called Virgin (my network) and they said that they hadn't heard of the problem before, so i guess it was just a glitch. "this phone is simple to use and i love it. it is great and i love the txting functions as i are able to use the stylus pen as you can get a full qwerty keyboard if you tilt the phone on its side and upright. the camera quality is average but does lack flash and zoom but its not the end of the world and it is perfect to me. the widget are cool, you are able to put a notepad, calender, world clock etc on you home screen for quick and easy acess. also there are two home pages one for speed dials and one for widgets i love this phone, well worth the money MUST BUY!"

"I highly recommend you to not buy this phone, or for that matter any LG phone! When my phone first arrived I thought it was fantastic, everything was great, and being a touch screen at such a bargain price I loved it! However the problems first started when I turned it off that evening and the next morning when I turned it back on it had reset the whole phone and was taking me through the start up all over again. I was hoping this might be the end of the problems but again I turned it off and back on and it took me through the whole process again! Not once did it switch off and on without resetting. So I took it back and was greeted with the news that they hax had many, many problems with the LG Cookie and had had lots of them needing replaced. So I went home with my replacement phone and the problem went away. Over the coming weeks and months I have still had many problems with it recurring a little too often and get at least one problem a day practically! The battery life is very bad, and it doesnt stay charged for verv long at all. The phone kept freezing and to restart it i kept having to remove the battery and even then it took a while for it to shut down. The phone switches itself off and on constantly and the keyboard is the worst I have ever used. You have to press the screen relatively hard, it deletes words a lot once you've written them so your sentance does not make sense, the auto rotating screen only works when it feels like and all in all I was craving a normal phone with a normal keypad only a month after purchasing the Cookie. Now, seven months after purchasing it I am searching for a new phone as I cannot stand the cookie for much longer. And i am not the type of person who buys phones like there's no tomorrow. Having a few friends also with LG touch screen mobile phones, it seems none of them have a good word to say about them and they all have a huge number of problems with theirs too. Never again am I purchasing any LG product and I would highly recommend you never to purchase this mobile phone ever and think its not worth how much you have to pay for it. This phone being my first purchase from LG has not been the best experience and it would take a lot of pursuading to make me purchase any other LG product."

"I bought this a couple of days ago...It's a great phone and I'm very pleased with it. I've dropped it once and it only got a couple of little scratches. I found that the stylus scratches the screen, so I've decided not to use it anymore. But the only thing you really need the stylus for is the drawing panel. Everything else you can use with your finger. Overall, I think this phone is great, and I would reccomend it to everyone. I have had no problems, and it hasn't once turned off on it's own. I was worried when I read the bad reviews, but still went and bought it. I tried to dowload music from my CD to my phone but it wouldn't let me, it could just be me, I might not be doing things correctly. IT'S A GREAT PHONE!!!! LOVE IT!!!!!"

"I've had this phone for about 2 months, the first few weeks it was fine, really happy with it apart from getting used to the touch screen and yes it looks great. However, it would appear the problems I'm having with it now are not unique, judging from the reviews I've read. It switches itself off for no reason, calls people from my bag, tends not to recognise the sim card when I turn it on unless I take out the battery, remove the sim and put it back in again, the touch screen is pants, really unresponsive and it takes a few turns before the keyboard will come up for texting. My biggest gripe is when I'm trying to scroll through my contacts it keeps calling random people before I get to the person I actually want to call! It's a nightmare, I've had to swap it with my 12 yr old son to get my old Sony Ericsson back which works like a wee dream, wish I'd never got the cookie! Has anyone been able to take it back to the shop and get a completely different model or just been offered a replacement cookie??"

"It's a really really good phone, the camera isn't the best but if you want to take alot of pictures, buy a camera! The memory also isn't the best but you can just buy a memory card but this phone is such a good deal i can't believe it!!! And the only reason that people are writing bad reviews is because they have either touched it with wet hands, dropped it, pushed the master reset button (if there is one my phone has one), fiddled with it or just don't want anyone else to have this phone. "At first, i was very pleased with this phone upon getting it for christmas and had no faults with it whatsoever.. three months down the line, it stops charging all together. CPW didn't seem to interesting and sent it away to be repaired. They failed to contact me to say the phone had been repaired, and so the process took ages. When I went back to collect the phone, i realised the whole inside board had been taken out, and not replaced, again, they didn't seem to bothered and sent back away to be repaired (and also even though i had just handed the man the 'standby phone' i had been lent, he told me i couldn't have the phone back, as it wasn't how the system worked - so i was left without a phone) eventually now august, the phone has came back with the board - Still not working.
