"Ok, so this phone is good for texting and it's made me dependent on a qwerty keyboard but it has so many technical issues.

It randomly turns off during texts (even when fully charged), sometimes the d-pad buttons get jammed and right now mine isn't turning on (it turns on for about 1/2 a second and then the screen flashes white and it goes off)

This phone would be perfect if it wasn't let down by those issues.

It looks amazing and is the perfect size and for the price it's amazing.

I would have scored usability a lot higher but right now I'm unable to use mine. When it was working though, one thing that confused me was 'touch screen'...it seemed to be pointless, companies should either make a phone fully touch screen or not at all...the web browser is also pretty awful but I downloaded the Opera mini app and it showed some potential with the phone.

Overall a good phone let down by some major technical issues along with some minor pointless features"

"What a rubbish battery. Charge up overnight and it lasts for four hours even when the "battery full" appears. I took mine away for a day and couldn't contact anybody after 10a.m. so was waiting around for ages at the airport. I like the phone and love the keyboard but can't deal with this frustration. My previous (an eight-year-old Nokia) phone's battery lasts two or three days even if I'm calling in the USA. Guess which is going away with me?"
