The touch screen is ridiculously slow. You can wait for up to 3 seconds just to scroll down to the next tab of a menu. The more stuff you have stored in it seems to make it even slower.
The middle real button is too small and quite difficult to press without accidentally pressing one of the surrounding touchscreen buttons.
The labelling of the soft keys are misleading as the label in the bottom middle part of the screen makes you want to press the soft key directly beneath that, but actually you have to press the real button in the centre.
There are also a few buttons which just seem to be there for the sake of overcomplicating things, and there are a few menu steps where you are asked the same thing twice just to make sure you REALLY want to do the thing you want to do (eg make a call, answer a call).
It's also inexplicably turned itself off a couple of times (I've only had it for 3 weeks so far) but in it's defence I have dropped it a couple of times and it's been okay.
Overall I would NOT recommend this phone for the amount it claims to be worth. After having a Sony Ericsson which is really user it's been diffucult to get to grips with the un-intuitive, and sometimes barmy interface.
