"Had this fone 4 years, never wanted a new 1. Nxt fone will probably b another LG after the satisfaction from the u400. it can still do the thing most new fones do, has flash for camera(which is decent) not all new fones have flash.I love the centre button which has been made into a spinning disk the very well houses the up,down,left,right,select/ok, and scroll controls. The built quality is 1st class, i drop this fone of my bed every 2nd nite onto wooded floor and it is always anscathed. Very durable fone:). The ok,select button is beginning to go, although it somehow fixed itself the last time,fingers crossed,lol.The button when pressed in does not always work,resulting in very hard pushing of the button til it works. I also like the way the battery and back of the fone are combined to form 1 simple nicely designed piece. One simple slide and the back and battery are off/out.Genious. The u400 NEO has a very unique and memoryable character that has not faded, the way it manages to fix itself and get up and lick its wounds defies belief.
likes:aesthetics,weight,functions,MSN(for free:D), clever battery, brilliant spinning disk,the DJ function(allows u 2 use spinning disk button 2 dj 2 ur tracks),composer, expandable memory.

dislikes:sticking ok/select button(have had fone 4 3yrs though,used everday), battery sometimes lies saying it is 'low' when its not,lol,doesnt have radio,battery life is not the best although not bad either, doesnt always recieve signal-as it is on 3network:(. i really am nitt picking.
