The front flip up is like a mirror and the back is matt and grey it is a shame that it isn't all one material. The functions are very good. "This phone looks great, but there are many problems I've encountered with this device. First of all the screen collects many many fingerfprints and is almost impossible to keep clean. As well the screen is easily scratched even with utmost care. As well I've had this phone for less than a year and have had to send the phone in for repairs three times now. The reason being I couldn't view my received text messages and the screen when you open the phone was white and nothing else. Overall this phone was not worth my money and has had many imperfections."
