"Bought on Virgin Network for £39.99 including a Motorola Bluetooth Headset H350. I received an unwanted Sim joining pack - so I'm waiting for a jiffy bag to return the Sim for a £10 refund. I'm wondering if they send these out on purpose in the hope you may pass them on to another potential subscriber! Great stylish phone. If only I could work out how everything works. I've contacted Motorola and Virgin and Motorola tell me they have not produced a user manual for this phone. They suggest taking a look online at the instructions for the W375 which they say is similar - pathetic!! What would you do if didn't have easy internet access? So I can only give 3/5 for usabilty - I just don't know how some features work! The "Getting Started Leaflet" provided is inadequate. I'm sure in time I shall be very satisfied with this phone but I'm not impressed with the lack of detailed information."

"This could be an excellent budget phone if only someone had the basic common sense to produce an instruction manual for it. Working out basic text is a headache! After buying a phone, you find it only contains a pathetic start up instruction leaflet and nothing else beggars belief. No marks out of ten to Motorola for that."

"I love my Pink W377 but the instruction sheet is rubbish!!! What is Lantern?? Why won't it copy my sim from my other phone? Have I got to put each number and name in again?? I find the texting very slow and where do you enter a new spelling??? These little problems could be alleviated if there was a decent user manual!! Shame on you Moto!!!!!"
