"I bought got this phone in February, 09. Two weeks later I had to get a replacement handset as the phone kept freezing out on me. The replacement handset has gone the same way. I was advised by technical support to do a mster handset every time it happens, which I am sure you will agree is a bit of a nuisance. The phone is great looking and I was impressed with the accessories that came with it, but this has been shadowed by the fact that the phone is freezing out almost every time someone rings me. I personally think that although the phone looks great its most certainly not worth the money. There are other phones out there that have similar functions, but are far superior. Think carefully before buying this phone."
