"When I got this phone, I was so excited by the 3.2 megapixel camera. But after one month in having it the memory card holder burst and couldnt put a card in. It also freezes alot and hangs up on people. Good phone but does have it's twitches."

"Been with orange for ages. Decided to upgrade. It has been a nightmare since I got the phone. (Black)There aparently is a Nokia sofware problem. So huge problems with making and receiving calls. I have had 3 phones in 4 weeks. It has been completely unreliable, so I have to carry my old phone with me and change the sim card over when the problem is constant or change from dual mode to GSM at least once a day. Trust me it is a complete nightmare. Also it suddenly turns itself off for no apparent reason. I just don't know what to do with it apart fron putting it in the bin! Don't get this phone."
