"I was given this phone as a Christmas present and had 10/11 months of trouble free use, then the left and right select buttons started to intermittently "freeze" until very late in the year when they would no longer function. Of course the manufacturers guarantee has now expired. The phone is now a useless piece of plastic and I have replaced it with a Sony Ericsson. I will never buy a Samsung again - be warned!"
