"I was really expecting a lot from this phone. But I am afraid like a number of people who have bought this phone have found out- it has a lot of software problems! The phone is always switching itself on and off and the phone drops out when you ring people. You can download the new software update but mine still does not work. I have had to replace it with a Nokia phone "

"I like Cheryl and 2 people I work with have found this phone to be a real pain the the behind, the screen is always freezing especially in the middle of text messaging, when on a call it drops out between 10 to 30 seconds, the phone just switches it's self off and has a hard time recording. I like the look of the phone, I like the camera and the application are great but if only it would work!!! I have been offered a swap (for the same phone) but hopefully the new one will have the software updates and no problems attached!"

"I too have found this phone to be a pain. constant-software problems. kept getting software upgrade.Only had phone 3 mnths and just got given a new one as it kept switching on and off and was unrepairable. Said it was moisture damage but it hasnt gotten wet at all"
