Then the screen cracked.

All the reviews on other sites say it's a faulty phone.

I dont recomend it :-).

Im getten a new phone on Sunday.

"this phone is great!!!!! it is just too fragile the keys cracked in the 1st week the sreen cracked in the 2nd month the front cover came of in my bag and when i took it out my bag to send a message the volume key fell out and dissapeared so i could not turn the sound up and down propley. i have had to take this phone back about 12 to 13 times. NOT HAPPY!!!!! :("

"Problem with the keys cracking, and it is very difficult to text on if you need to use the 1, 2, or 3 keys, because the top part of the phone (it is a slide phone) gets in the way. Also, if you need to text the actual numeral 1, you have to go through about 15 symbols first. Other than that, it is a very nice phone. I did have to return it once for the keys cracking and another time for it turning itself off."
