"No user manual - just an unusable mini disc and so far impossible to find a manual on-line even from T Mobile. I was assured when buying that it could be downloaded to a Mac but how to connect this phone to a USB port may be far more expensive than the phone. Fine if you only want to keep pics on the phone. Maybe a multicard reader will do it. Seems like a nice phone and camera works well - but the user info is scant. Haven't yet found a way to email T Mobile so perhaps will have to revisit shop - not convenient."

"I originally thought it's good value. phone+image+mp3 around £10(+£10 forced-top-ups to useless-2 extra SIM cards which I gave away). I bought from a local T-mob shop and bought 2GB micro SD (extra £10). A disk in a box was not driver (just PDF manual), thus I needed to buy USB adaptor for micro SD card to connect to my PC (extra £6). Then in the end, the phone cannot play musics from the memory card!!?? ---- Musics are , indeed, in the "file" and can be played as individual music. But try to play with "Multimedia > Audio Player", phone says "empty".
I visited T-mob shop 4 TIMES!! The staff is very helpful and he tried everything in his knowledge, but without success... so far unsorted... Ridiculous model... I never recommend!!! "

"I can not play music from the SD card...What is the point of having it?
I plugged it into my PC as the Micro USB is standed. But for no reason that to us it as a charger. Only way to play music from SD is one at a time through Memory card option...It's a bit poxy..."

"I can only echo the other comments. Plus, I was more or less 'forced' into buying this model as my local supplier said they were 'out of stock' of the other models I wanted (despite having the boxes for them) no doubt desperate to rid themselves of this sub-standard E110. The mini info disc IS unreadable (tried it on three computers). Thank goodness I only wanted a basic phone. I wouldn't recommend T-Mobile again."
